GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Milk & Soda reserves the right to change prices without notice at our discretion.
Milk & Soda will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country.
Please check your local custom procedures regarding taxes


DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA FOR ALL ORDERS $100 unless otherwise stated.
$10 flat fee for orders under $100 within Australia & New Zealand only.
Deliveries made within Australia will arrive within 3-7 business days via Registered Post.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please email info@milknsoda.com.au to receive a shipping quote on your order.
International deliveries will be made using Australia Post International and will arrive 5-14 business days depending on chosen delivery service.
Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All styles listed should be in stock. On some occasions, we may unexpected have sold out of a style. If this happens, we will notify and refund you immediately.


ONLINE RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. No returns or exchange on promotional, sale and/or clearance items.
For health reasons, change of mind returns will not be accepted on jewellery, hats, caps and beanies.
We are unable to offer returns on gift cards, and also for promotional or sale items, unless they are faulty or wrongly described.




RETURN PROCESS

In order to return an item, simply:
1. Email care@milknsoda.com.au
2. Quote order/invoice number
3. Please state in as much detail as possible the reason for the return
4. Post the return back to:

5. Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as registered post), as Milk & Soda cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
• For International customer where special delivery is not available, please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking, as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.


FAULTY ITEMS

We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty. We will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.

What defines faulty?
1. Are faulty (unless caused by you};
2. Have been wrongly described;
3. Are different to the goods that you ordered;
4. Do not do what they are supposed to; or
5. Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

Incorrect or faulty items received and exchanges must be returned to the address above.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on headwear or jewellery, unless these products are of unsatisfactory quality.
